Schwidnt knotted his second power play marker of the night 1:46 into the second period when he corralled a loose puck in the slot Jajob Pelltier redirected right onto his stick two feet out from the net.

Moose Head Coach Mark Morrison pulled Salminen in favor of an extra attacker with just over two minutes left in regulation but Manitoba was unable to score.
